The Pipforge Engine

One card. One choice. One story only you will ever tell.

Pipforge games are solo journaling RPGs played with nothing but a deck of cards and a notebook. Every draw is a turn, every turn is a consequence, and every story ends differently depending on what you're dealt and what you choose to do about it.

How It Works

No GM. No group. Just you and the deck.

Every Pipforge game runs on the same core loop, a shared engine wearing different genres.

Draw

Pull a card from the deck. What you draw decides what happens next, no two playthroughs draw the same way twice.

Journal

Write what the card means for your character. This is where the story actually lives, in your own words, your own voice.

Carry It Forward

Consequences stack. What you drew three turns ago shapes what's possible now, all the way to however the story ends.

Powered by Pipforge

Three games. One engine. Wildly different stories.

Each title takes the same core system somewhere completely different.

Romantasy

Godkissed

You fell for something that was never meant to love you back. Draw a card, face the consequence, and find out if devotion survives a world built to keep you apart.

Cyberpunk

The Long Static

The static is winning. One connection is the only thing between you and becoming just another ghost in the signal. Draw, decide, and watch how long you can hold on.

Sword & Sorcery

Red Roads

Glory has a price, and it's paid in blood you don't always have to spare. Every card is one more step up the road, or one step closer to the end of it.
